My experience with real estate and the needs of people looking for a home goes back to my roots as a consultant and planner. I have been instrumental in directing the construction and renovation of public facilities for over 10 years. I also have led teams in developing proposals for public building projects. The skills and experience that I have acquired during my time as a consultant and director stand me in good stead today as a Realtor. I still act as an independent consultant, providing a range of services to clients, including conference & event planning, grant writing, facility planning, and feasibility studies. My career as a Realtor has been enhanced by my ability to evaluate a family's needs and provide them with information that will best enable them to find a home that will suit their needs.
